My name is Anastasia Millar and I am a female personal trainer based in Aberdeen.

I have always been passionate about having a healthy lifestyle but my motivation to get fit was more about getting back into shape following childbirth rather than a fixation to become super-fit.

I proved to myself that not only could I get my figure back but that I could become much more confident and contented at the same time.

Anastasia has been my personal trainer for over five years now. What more needs to be said? I see her twice a week at her cosy studio where she's got anything you'll ever need to get your heart racing....and more! Anastasia is very knowledgable and, what's very important to me, is careful to your needs (I have back problems). The studio is so well equipped and secluded, and when the weather is great in summer - we often go and exercise outside in the sun. I like the fact it's just the two of us (as opposed to a busy noisy gym) and we can just focus on our goals.
I would also like to mention, as Anastasia is a mum herself, she appreciates things do happen and is flexible when we need to reschedule our sessions on those rare occasions.
All in all, I would recommend Body Appeal to anyone who is ready to change their body and sole for the better!

100 % recommend. Anastasia is a knowledgeable PT who is passionate about getting her clients the results. Initially I found the training a challenge, not only the training but the nutritional plan. I kept telling myself I couldn’t do it, until I WAS doing it... suddenly the penny dropped. I’m fitter & stronger. My whole mindset about health & fitness has changed, all that’s down to the support, patience & guidance from Anastasia.
